  • Record meter readings
  • Calculate electricity and water consumption
  • Generate electricity and water bills
  • Generate Mahasul receipts
  • Generate reports
  • Print bills, receipts, and reports on supported POS devices

This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed, temporarily stored, synchronized with authorized servers, and deleted from the device.

2. Information Processed by the Application

Mantra Utility may process information required for meter reading, billing, receipt generation, reporting, and synchronization.

Depending on how the application is used, this information may include:

  • Customer name
  • Customer or account identifier
  • Meter number
  • Previous meter reading
  • Current meter reading
  • Electricity meter information
  • Water meter information
  • Electricity or water consumption
  • Tariff information
  • Billing information
  • Bill amount
  • Payment or receipt information
  • Mahasul receipt information
  • Report-related information

This information is processed only as necessary to provide the intended functionality of the application.

3. Load and Unload Data Process

Mantra Utility provides a Load and Unload mechanism for synchronizing information between an authorized server and the device.

Load

When an authorized user performs the Load operation, required customer, meter, billing, and related information is retrieved from the authorized server and stored temporarily in the application's local SQLite database.

Local Processing

After the data has been loaded, the application uses the local SQLite database to allow authorized users to perform meter reading, billing calculations, Mahasul receipt generation, and report generation.

Unload

When an authorized user performs the Unload operation, the relevant meter-reading, billing, receipt, and other required information is transmitted back to the authorized server.

After the Unload operation is successfully completed, the locally stored application data is cleared from the device's SQLite database.

Authorized Server ↓ Load Local SQLite Database ↓ Meter Reading / Billing Local Processing ↓ Unload Authorized Server Local Data Cleared

4. Local SQLite Storage

Mantra Utility uses a local SQLite database to temporarily store information required for offline or local processing during the meter-reading and billing workflow.

The local SQLite database may temporarily contain:

  • Customer information
  • Meter information
  • Previous meter readings
  • Current meter readings
  • Consumption information
  • Tariff information
  • Billing information
  • Mahasul receipt information
  • Report-related information

Local SQLite storage is used as temporary application storage during the Load, meter-reading, billing, and Unload workflow.

The application does not use the local SQLite database for advertising, marketing, or behavioral profiling.

5. Server Communication and Data Synchronization

Mantra Utility communicates with an authorized backend server to synchronize data required for the application's operation.

Data Download

During the Load operation, required information is downloaded from the authorized server to the device and temporarily stored in the local SQLite database.

Data Upload

During the Unload operation, information generated or updated during the meter-reading and billing process is uploaded to the authorized server.

The information transmitted may include meter readings, consumption information, billing information, receipt information, and other information necessary for the application's intended functionality.

Network communication is used only for authorized application functionality and data synchronization.

6. Purpose of Data Processing

Information processed by Mantra Utility is used for:

  • Reading electricity meters

Although reasonable security measures are used, no electronic storage system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

Mantra Utility temporarily stores data in the local SQLite database during the application's Load, meter-reading, billing, and Unload workflow.

After Successful Unload

After the Unload operation successfully sends the relevant information to the authorized server, the application's locally stored data is cleared from the SQLite database.

The application does not retain the completed Load/Unload dataset locally after successful synchronization and local data clearing.
